Once upon a time, in a small village near the mountains in Chiang Mai, there lived a young girl named Mali. Mali loved animals, especially elephants. Every day after school, she would visit the nearby sanctuary to see the gentle giants.

"Whenever hunters come near, you will know, and you can warn us." Mali was overjoyed. She promised to visit Sawan often and to always protect the secret of the magical elephants.

Mali learned that friendship, courage, and kindness are the most powerful magic of all.
