จำง่ายๆ: กริยาที่แสดง "ความตั้งใจ/อนาคต" มักตามด้วย infinitive

3. Verbs + Both — กริยาที่ใช้ได้ทั้งสองแบบ

กริยาเหล่านี้ใช้ได้ทั้ง gerund และ infinitive (ความหมายเหมือนกัน): like, love, hate, start, begin, continue, prefer

I like using = I like to use Rich Menus.
She started building = She started to build the bot.

4. Preposition + Gerund — บุพบท + Gerund

หลังบุพบท (in, at, of, about, for) ต้องใช้ gerund (-ing) เสมอ
